Very pleased with the service done today from Lee and his team. Had an EV outlet and home surge protector installed. Their team was on time, quick but efficient and did a very clean installation. Was very good with replying and upfront with cost. Scheduling was fast once the parts were available. Some items needed modifications to the original plan but all resolved without any issues. They are licensed electrician and certified Tesla charging station installers and helped us with a whole-house panel upgrade, surge protector installation, pool panel update, Tesla charger installation, and more. Absolutely fantastic experience with Lee from LC Pro! Lee and Chum were right on time and did a super neat install of my Tesla Level 2 charger. They also installed my Ring floodlight camera perfectly. Lee’s Tesla-certified, which gave me total peace of mind and should cover for any potential warranty warranty issues. Would recommend this company to anyone with electrical needs! Lee and his team did a wonderful, thorough, and timely job on the many electrical items we needed addressed. Lee was very prompt with communication and answered all the many questions I had. His team did the work quickly and when we needed additional items addressed, they were more than happy to address them. Pricing was very fair and there were no surprises with pricing. It was very important to us to find an electrician we could trust, could fix our issues promptly, and would provide fair pricing and not attempt to charge us for electrical items that we did not see a need to fix. Lee and his team did an outstanding job installing our 200 ft of Govee Pro lights with a track system. The entire crew was professional, polite, and very thorough. Lee personally oversaw the installation to make sure everything was done correctly, which we really appreciated. The lights look fantastic, the installation is clean and precise, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Scope: Hard wired EV charger, Portable generator inlet, interlock, sub-panel, new surge protector, and 240v EV outlet. I had a fantastic experience with LC Pro Electric LLC, especially working with Lee. He was extremely thorough and took the time to troubleshoot additional generator issues that were actually on my end. Instead of just doing the minimum, he made sure everything was fully working before wrapping up the job. Lee explained everything clearly and in detail, which I really appreciated. He was professional, personable, and left the work area spotless when he finished. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with great customer service like this.
